Working as a R&D Product technical leader to develop ADAS mechatronics and software application products to support OEMs in parking applications. • Develop and manage project plans, including detailed R&D activities, resource allocation and cost estimates to achieve customer milestones.• Lead the R&D team to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, including documentation and prototypes up to project launch.• Maintain Open issues list, track development progress and collaborate with project teams to ensure all activities are delivered as per schedule.• Serve as a primary customer interface for system development and all R&D related topics.• Ensure product or system compliance with all customer functionality and performance requirements by collaborating with the team to create a comprehensive product compliance matrix.• Address product failures during the development phase (DV or customer reports) by ensuring VIMs and PDCA are executed and corrective actions are tracked and implemented.• Provide necessary support for new Request for Quotes (RFQs).
