Experienced Senior Solution Architect and Programme manager with more than 25 years of Experience in ERP technologies including Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, SAP Concur Expenses & Travel, and various integration and reporting technologies.Working as Senior solution architect with Metropolitan Police with an expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Oracle Fusion Cloud EPM as part of a critical transformation team. Responsibilities include designing and implementing market leading scalable solutions tailored to enhance operational efficiency and support strategic goals. Before the current roles Over nine years at Fidelity International, transformed CFO ERP technologies by leading Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle Fusion EPM and SAP Concur implementations. Solution architect and Programme Manager delivering market leading and scalable Finance and procurement platform and integrating it with other best of breed applications across the enterprise. Dedicated to delivering impactful finance and procurement solutions, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and process optimization. Helped CFO Finance teams move from from endless spiral of end of life upgrades of on premise systems to a cutting edge cloud platform with continuous improvements. Led the service transition from SI Partner to in house support team realising significant cost reduction through right sizing and offshoring.In the past have worked for Accenture for more than seven years leading numerous projects including Accenture UK’s first upgrade project for upgrading Oracle Ebusiness suite applications from 11.5.10 to Oracle E Business Suite 12i. Led number of implementation and upgrades managing large programmes and teams. Significant experience in offshoring the finance, HR, Payroll and procurement Processes. I was also involved one of the biggest banking merger between Lloyds Banking Group and HBoS.
