Managing all aspects of seagoing personnel administration.2. Managing the selection and recruitment of all seafarers directly or through manning agents.3. Planning and controlling interviewing, screening, recruitment and briefing for all seagoing personnel.4. Maintaining personal, medical and training records and certification details of all seafarers and keeping the files up to date. Coordinate with the travel agents regarding the air tickets and hotel bookings for officers joining and signing off to/from the vessel.6. Coordinate with the Agent and vessel master for crew change.7. Maintaining updated crew lists of current manning in respect of each vessel.8. Ensuring that each vessel is manned with qualified, medically fit and experienced seafarers and supervising the application of the STCW/MLC convention onboard.9. Checking application forms and previous Company’s records for each seagoing personnel prior to engagement and deal with the same after engagement.10. Keeping fleet managers posted on intended crew changes.11. Maintaining updated records for all seafarers employed by the company.
