Client : Tata motors Ltd.Engaged in “Development of Electrical Infrastructure for EV bus charging for BMTC\".The scope of work involves installation testing and commissioning of 11kV/433V Compact Substation, 11 kV RMU, SFU, EV chargers with undergrounding of HT, LT cables in RCC trench / HDPE ducts. Additional scope includes the design and selection of switch gears, cables. Preparation of detailed engineered drawings, carrying out the installation activities adhering safety and quality guidelines, coordination with utility agency for power allocation sanction and energisation. Ex. Company: Polycab India Ltd.( EPC department)Project : Development of Electrical Infrastructure in ABD area under smart cities mission.Client : Cochin Smart Mission Ltd.Engaged in “Development of Electrical Infrastructure in ABD Area under Smart City Mission” on proposed smart roads in the Ernakulam Central and West Kochi in Kerala State. The scope of work involves replacement of existing HT and LT overhead lines, transformers, electric poles and structure on proposed smart roads with Compact Substation, 11 kV RMU with integrated FRTU and Feeder pillar along with undergrounding of HT, LT cables in RCC trench / HDPE ducts. Installation of Smart meter in consumer premises as the part of Smart metering system and Advanced Metering Infrastructure. Integration of 11kV feeders, SCADA system of RMU, smart metering system with Integrated Command and Control Centre of CSML and KSEBL. Dismantling of materials in existing electrical network and handing over to the utility store.Have hands-on experience in installation testing and commissioning of 15 Nos 990kVA CSS of Schneider make, 55 Nos of 11kV Ring Main Units, 101 Nos of LT distribution feeder pillars with undergrounding of 33km 11kV 3X300 sqmm HT cable and 1 lakh km of LT cables of different sizes in underground precast cable trench and HDPE pipes.Also involved in the detailed investigation, survey and design of HT and LT infrastructure and preparation of smart redundant infrastructure cost effectively.Submission and handing over the completed work was also done compling the requirements of the client with all necessary as built drawings.
