Work with other teams to plan and conduct surveys, interviews, and usability tests; analyze findings and provide insights - especially points of friction that come in the way of product adoption and use and deliver the best possible user experience and outcomes. • Write high level features and requirements as directed in the form of user stories that can be used by the development team to implement features in Agile sprints. Work with others to prioritize features to be implemented in Agile sprints and assist in maintaining a prioritized backlog of features to be implemented. • Test user interfaces, Generative AI based conversational interfaces and other features to ensure that the features being built meet the product vision as well as technical requirements like performance, usability, and compatibility across regions, devices, and browsers.• Work on the data needed to train and finetune Large Language Models like ChatGPT and LLaMa for our exclusive, private use and be deeply involved in finetuning the training data, prompts and other aspects of using the Generative AI driven features. Work closely with others to leverage AI driven capabilities like image generation, summarization, as well as using other customizable AI models for vision, speech, and language.• Based in US with travel on-site to India.
