ABOUT KIRAN CHAUHAN

I build the financial architecture that lets healthcare organisations grow without losing control. Over 18 years, I have moved across the full spectrum of healthcare finance — from hospital management at Shalby to leading commercial strategy and finance at Apollo TeleHealth across eight years of rapid scale, and now serving as CFO at Apollo HealthAxis, a Healthcare Technology Services company operating at the intersection of technology and patient care. My work sits at three intersections that most finance leaders treat separately: Strategy & Capital — Structuring M&A transactions, joint ventures, and inorganic growth mandates. I have raised debt for special projects, mobilised capital for new product lines, and evaluated cross-border partnership opportunities including GCC expansion. Operational Finance — Building zero-based budgets, driving cost discipline across multi-site healthcare operations, and designing P&L frameworks for digital health business models that are still being invented. Commercial Partnerships — Negotiating and managing alliances, licensing structures, and institutional agreements that translate clinical assets into durable revenue streams. I hold an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University and a B.E. in Chemical Engineering — a combination that gives me an unusual ability to model complex systems, whether they are supply chains, hospital networks, or capital structures.
