Major activities involve an end to end talent acquisition process and responsible for the recruitment, interview and selection of candidates to support manufacturing and development projects and building links with Hiring Managers and HRM’s.• Take responsibility for the results of all recruitment within the company by reducing time-to-fill and cost-per-hire effectively and increasing quality of hire for GE businesses like Power, Renewables, Digital and Industrial Solutions. • Engage with Hiring Managers, Business Heads / Leadership through ‘kick-off-meetings’ to understand the business hiring needs.• Understand and use the applicant tracking system tool efficiently and ensure up to date data management of applications to Hiring Managers at all the times.• Strong experience into sourcing profiles through various job boards and Social Sites and employee referrals.• Maintain and ensure compliance with recruitment policies & processes• Provide recruiting status updates to Regional and Global recruiting leadership including performance, targets, sourcing, recruiting challenges etc. • Preparation & issue of offer letter for selected candidates.• Raising workflows through support central tool to initiate the background verification and Onboarding process.• Preparation & maintenance of MIS reports such as Monthly new joining report, Monthly attrition reports & Weekly Recruitment reports.
