My whole life I have done things others said were impossible. “This can’t be done” is my rallying cry to figure out how to do it. In work and in my personal life there is nothing more rewarding or exhilarating then achieving something that seemed unattainable. My absolute best days are when I can help an organization, department or individual realize a far-reaching goal.Top Four Career Highlights:1. Envisioned and created the most innovative and effective workforce development services in the country that are not only sought after by tens of thousands of job seekers, but that employers have paid $4M for.2. Steered a first-ever $15M workforce development “social impact bond project” This project expanded JVS’s reach to over new clients that desperately needed the services, and our investors saw a return ahead of schedule.3. In response to the pandemic, stood up a fully operational remote version of the largest and most respected workforce development agency in the Northeast region including shifting 220 staff to work-from-home and modified 36 client-serving programs into highly effective remote services within 60 days.4. Having the privilege of growing, elevating, and advancing the very agency that helped my immigrant parents get on their feet when they first came to this country. I could not have imagined a more fulfilling labor of love.
