I am a seasoned Director with a diverse professional background and a long-standing commitment to creating meaningful, positive change. Having worked within the same organisation for nearly 12 years by 2026, I have developed extensive expertise across Domestic Abuse, Young People’s services, housing, complex needs including drug and alcohol misuse, including previous experience in Speech & Language Therapy, and Counselling. My career has been defined by a deep dedication to supporting others and fostering environments where people can grow and thrive.As a qualified Management Leader (CMI) and holder of the CIH Level 5 Diploma, I bring strong leadership, strategic insight, and operational excellence to every role I undertake. I am passionate about cultivating inclusive, diverse, and empowering cultures where individuals’ unique strengths are recognised, valued, and harnessed for collective success.Throughout my career, I have championed opportunities that enable people to transform their lives. In my role as Director, I have played a pivotal part in shaping and strengthening services for vulnerable individuals, ensuring teams have the tools, confidence, and support they need to deliver exceptional outcomes. My oversight of Inspire North’s subsidiaries demonstrates my ability to drive organisational growth, diversify service delivery, and lead with vision and purpose.I am a strong advocate for healthier relationships and a society free from abuse.
