As the proud owner and founder of Gochiso, a Seattle-based Asian-inspired snack company, I craft delicious, handcrafted snacks that celebrate my cultural heritage. Since launching in July 2024, we\'ve hosted pop-ups across Greater Seattle and built a vibrant online store. Our customer base and partnerships are growing each month, with plans to expand into wholesale soon. This is a true passion-project + labor of love that I do on top of my full-time job, and I’m excited for the opportunity to continue to grow and share our unique flavors with a wider audience.
