   Responsible for leading the Innovation Studio team, which seeks to transform and usurp the current paradigm of healthcare delivery and personal health engagement by bringing new products and services – born out of a radical empathy for patients, caregivers, clinicians and communities – to bear at OSF HealthCare and beyond. Leading the team charged with “inside out” innovation within OSF, including surfacing, exploring, and creating value from early-stage ideas and inventions. We support intrapreneurs in multiple ways, including programming and resources. Our team leads the OSF Office of Innovation Management which manages OSF\'s intellectual property. The Innovation Studio leads the commercialization of ideas, inventions, programs, and products at OSF HealthCare. Our team is also charged with building and enabling key external partnerships in order to enhance internal ideas and inventions as well as build strategic relationships to further OSF’s innovation efforts internally, externally, and within the communities OSF serves.
