My legal practice currently centers on the representation of real-estate developers who are engaged in the purchase, development, financing, management, leasing, and disposition of all manner of real property. Of late, I have been spending more of my time assisting private investors who are entering into joint-venture arrangements with large developers of warehouse, distribution, and mixed-use properties. I have also worked on various transactional matters relating to office buildings, residential buildings, retail buildings, and hotels. As a former senior-claims attorney for Fidelity National Financial, I also possess extensive experience in evaluating complex real-estate title issues.
