TLS Land leads as “Owner’s Representative” in all aspects of land entitlement and development. We engage in the upfront stages of land acquisition with feasibility, proforma and due diligence services, into the entitlement and master planning, through detailed planning and engineering design, directing the design and trade partners throughout. We then continue all the way through construction management including bid packages, value engineering and boots on the ground field work. A differentiator for our company is that we will also be acting as a liaison for developers to financial institutions and financial institutions to developers, reviewing plans and progress sets to approve financial draws/pay apps and writing the monthly reports for each project. After nearly 30 years in the land development business both Jason and Kip and are excited to launch a true “owner rep”, one stop shop for the developers, builders and institutions that need it! With the ability to act as an interchangeable service provider at ANY point of the process for those same financial institutions, developers, and homebuilders.
