This role has given me insight into the behind-the-scenes operations of a fashion department, from inventory management to customer service.My Responsibilities:Maintaining Organization I ensure my sections remain neat, tidy, and well-stocked.Customer Assistance I provide support to customers, helping them find what they need and ensuring a positive shopping experience.Processing Returns I efficiently place returned items back on the sales floor.Stocking and Floor Layout All team members collaborate to stock new inventory and assist with floor merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.Team Communication Before leaving, I always check in with a team member to ensure everything is covered.At Meijer, teamwork and communication are at the core of what we do. We support one another to create a well-organized, customer-friendly environment.
