Release Management Managed and worked along with offshore and onsite teams towards successful launch of iOS and Android apps, firmware and cloud deployments. Lead the team effort for prioritization of defects for fixing based on various metrics such as amazon, app store and play store reviews, defect severity, value vs effort. Created processes for production approval of projects (app, fw and cloud) and strategy for conducting manual and automation testing at various stages of product development. Performed program management activities for timely release of projects by working with various functions such as product management, UX and UI towards the quality goals for Wemo.​ Performed scrum master tasks to keep teams on track for various development and QA deliverables.
