About Kinsey Katchka
As a cultural anthropologist, my approach is fundamentally human-centered and relationship-based. I thrive on collaboration and partnerships with diverse stakeholders: internal and external, local and global, individuals and organizations, and across sectors. When focusing on human experience, I have an eye for seeing what\'s missing in problems where culture is key. I am comfortable with complexity and enjoy teasing out the crux of a challenge to co-create strategies for addressing it. Expanding on longstanding applied ethnographic research in the culture sector, I am particularly interested in the intersections of organizational culture, cognitive variation, equity and representation, as well as spatial and experience design. My atypical experience and inclination towards thoughtful disruption ensure a fresh perspective on enterprise challenges. I am well-positioned to help reflect on past and present states, providing tailored insights to drive resilient strategies for successful, globally integrated futures.
