Supervise MEP installations during construction, ensuring adherence to design specifications, safety standards & QA measures. Conduct regular site visits & inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and address any MEP related concerns. Coordinate MEP testing, commissioning & handover process to ensure systems are operational & meet performance requirements Maintain effective communication with clients, project stakeholders & team members regarding MEP project status, milestones & challenges. Prepare & maintain project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings for MEP systems. Ensure accurate record-keeping of all MEP-related activities, approvals & correspondence. Identify opportunities & innovation in MEP design, constructionmethods & project management practices.Implement best practices, lessons learned & technological advancements to enhance efficiency & quality in MEP project delivery.
