As Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor, I direct day-to-day activities related to Static & Rotating Equipment Maintenance, while ensuring compliance with company safety policies and maintaining high-quality standards. Besides this, I prepare applicable reports, records, and documentation required for technical specifications and propose modifications to plant components as necessary. In addition to this, I am responsible for maintaining plant materials in accordance with established plant and department policies, and performing corrective and preventive maintenance, as well as required post-maintenance testing, using the maintenance action request system and integrated schedule. Furthermore, I oversee the training and development of workers in my team. In terms of my achievements, I have scaled production capacity, implemented a predictive maintenance program, and contributed to achieving optimal operational levels. I have also developed a comprehensive training program for maintenance technicians, which resulted in significant reductions in maintenance costs and established effective safety programs. Additionally, I successfully led a team of maintenance technicians to complete a major capital project.
