I am a Psychotherapist, Professional Supervisor, and Emotional Wellbeing Consultant with 16+ years of experience supporting individuals and organizations in building resilience, navigating challenges, and fostering emotional wellbeing. My practice is rooted in being trauma-informed and queer-affirmative, ensuring the spaces I hold are safe, inclusive, and empowering.My journey has taken me from frontline therapeutic work to leading mental health initiatives at an organizational level, where I designed and implemented workplace wellbeing strategies, developed ethical practice frameworks, and led responses during critical incidents.Today, I work as an independent practitioner and Certified Professional Supervisor (individual and group), where I focus on: Therapeutic Practice – creating safe, empowering spaces for people to heal and grow.
