As an HR I am responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to hiring, for technical and non-technical roles across levels. I also handle other HR functions such as payroll, attendance, employee relations, and policy making, ensuring compliance and efficiency. I have over four years of experience in human resources, working with fast-paced and growing organizations in the IT sector. I have successfully hired and onboarded multiple candidates, saving a significant amount of spending on recruitment costs. I have also contributed to creating a positive and engaging work culture, fostering employee retention and satisfaction. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree from ICFAI University, with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services. I am passionate about human interaction and talent development, and I strive to find the best fit for both the candidates and the organizations. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the HR field.
