As Chief of the Projects and Programmes section, Ms. Kinjal Dalal leads a stellar team of 30 PM professionals across the globe. This highly dynamic team is specialized in project and programme management, governance PMO, and organizational change management. The Projects & Programme section manages an active portfolio of 200+ projects, with the exceptional service to the UN ecosystem. The team mananges projects ranging from software development, data/AI, ServiceNow, Dynamics to Infrastructure projects. We are receptive to client needs and fully adept in leveraging waterfall, hybrid, or fully agile approaches for project delivery.Ms. Kinjal Dalal is also an ExCo contributor and presents the projects and programme portfolio monthly to the UNICC Executive Committee.
