ABOUT KINJAL BAROT
I’m a recent graduate of the Fitness and Health Promotion program at St. Lawrence College, with over 400 clinical hours in therapeutic exercise, injury management, and rehabilitation support. My experience spans clinical, athletic, and community wellness settings—working with varsity athletes, seniors, and individuals recovering from injuries or chronic conditions. I’ve supported rehabilitation plans through individualized mobility, strengthening, and post-injury programming, and I’m trained in athletic taping, FMS assessments, and emergency response. Whether on the sidelines during tournaments or coaching a client through recovery, I bring a compassionate, safety-focused approach to every interaction. In addition to my clinical skills, I’ve taken on leadership roles such as Event Coordinator with Enactus and Chair of the Health and Safety Committee at the YMCA. I’m passionate about community wellness, evidence-based practice, and helping others regain strength and confidence through movement.
