As a Senior Reliability Lead at Shell, I have over four years of experience in leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing asset care strategies, and improving refinery and logistics performance. Managed the Fit4MTO program for the entire refining east, overseeing the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring metrics. Led cross-functional teams comprising electrical engineers, chemical engineers, mechanical engineers, operations managers, and environmental engineers.• Led development and implementation of unit reliability strategy, resulting in a 40% reduction in unplanned unit downtime and an estimated $5 million in captured margin.• Spearheaded the reporting of refining reliability metrics, focusing on Operational Availability (OA) and Utilization targets.• Headed the BD-5 T/A Grid team of engineers, overseeing the work of turnaround (T/A) contractors and Shell personnel.
