I have over 12 years of experience delivering capital construction and maintenance projects for the Public sector including Central Government, Local Authorities and Higher Education in the UK, I give a strong focus on strategy to add value to clients.As the Head of SCF Frameworks (south west), a joint venture between Devon and Hampshire County Councils, I started my career in the industry as a Property and Compliance Manager working with the estates team for Devon County Council in 2011. Over the years, I have worked extensively on new build and refurbished commercial projects and have overseen the procurement of over £2bn construction activity while strategically involved in over £5bn. I currently manage the SCF South West team and jointly lead the strategic direction for the wider geographically dispersed SCF team.I strive to deliver sustainable projects and have a proven track record of delivering projects with net-zero carbon emission goals, and achieving enviable Social Value outcomes.
