My role is to bring in the best talent in the industry, whether that’s attracting new franchisees to grow the current network, reselling existing offices to property entrepreneurs or ensuring that all our offices have the finest management and employees in place to maintain their success. I also facilitate the purchase of letting management portfolio\'s, to bolster individual businesses and rebrand existing estate agencies to Winkworth, to expediate their growth.
