ABOUT CRAIG M.

I am a results-driven and multi-disciplinary Senior Mechanical Engineer / M&E Hyper scale Sites Construction Manager with 3 out of 7 years of experience in hyperscale data centre construction with admin and full water treatment facility, mechanical package management, safety compliance, and quality assurance. In my current role as a Mechanical Package Manager, I have successfully led multiple mechanical packages from site preconstruction to TOC, ensuring adherence to safety standards and quality requirements. I’m currently registered with Engineers Ireland (IMEI) and am keen to develop to chartered status through CPD. I have a strong background in managing complex mechanical systems, developing build schedules to adhere to project schedules through a collaborative 12 and 4 week lookahead process, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to drive successful project outcomes.I am keen to further develop my technical proficiency, leadership skills, critical thinking, and communication skills, to enable me to manage multiple teams and streamline project workflows, and eventually grow into a project management role. Additionally i have excellent professional and safety approach as i worked at top at a Global Platinum Mine,a Nation wide Thermal power Station and a Gold mine.Im also currently working as a M&E Lead Construction site Manager in a Hyperscale Renewable projects
