Avinash Kumar is currently pursuing a Master\'s in Public Policy at the Kautilya School of Public Policy, driven by his passion for creating transformative change through informed policymaking. Hailing from a lower-middle-class family in India, Avinash overcame significant financial hardships and personal challenges with resilience and determination. Previously serving as the Director at Nacional Think Tank Private Limited, Avinash spearheaded initiatives addressing socio-economic challenges and fostering innovation in policymaking. His work has spanned diverse areas, including grassroots development, junior football promotion, election management and combating human trafficking. Avinash brings a wealth of experience in policy formation, financial planning, and community engagement from his tenure with the District Administrations of Gopalganj and Kaimur.
