There is so much fulfillment in celebrating an accomplishment with a team. From sports like baseball, basketball, and track to academic events like science fairs and debates, and especially as a member of the sales team that more than doubled the occupancy of a senior living community, sharing the feeling of victory with teammates is what drives me.I’m now looking to join a team where I can collaborate with others to develop successful business strategies and drive growth. My goal is to constantly learn and grow by sharing knowledge and expertise through collaborations with my team to uplift those around me to bring out the best in all of us. I’m passionate to learn everything I can about my role and the company I serve to apply my industry expertise. When I started working in the senior living industry as a corporate intern, I had no idea what roles were available, what day-to-day operations were like, or just how vast the opportunities to serve the elderly are. I quickly became fascinated and began learning everything I could about this industry. I went from a data analytics intern to a budget specialist to an in-the-field sales advisor at a senior living community, studying every operations department, competitor, and service we offered. I’m eager to explore new fields and excited to continue to build expertise.
