Hello everyone! I am a graduate from ASU with a degree in Business Law. During college, I had the chance to work as an Account Manager for Discover, allowing me to learn the importance of customer and client relations, as well as sales. Helping customers and clients was a key role during my time and taught me how to navigate these relationships in an effective and valuable way for the business, securing revenue and continued interest from customers/clients. My next stop was at Harnham as a Recruitment Consultant, where I saw my first insight into a vital role of Human Resources. As a Recruitment Consultant, I furthered my knowledge of how to engage with clients in order to help their businesses. On the other hand, I spoke with candidates on behalf of clients to ensure they were top tier talent who would not only enjoy working for our clients, but would be invaluable in their new role. In doing so, I learned all about the field of Data & Analytics and could provide insight like market information, salary knowledge, skills required, and how to navigate the market for those who are looking for a job, and those who are looking for talent!
