I have been working as a startup advisor and venture partner with Nobellum, a non-profit accelerator program in Toronto aiming to get 100 Black founders funded. In this role, I help set up the venture studio and advise founders on business models, market entry strategies, and target audience identification. I assist them in navigating tech build-outs, assembling teams of advisors, and product redesigns. Additionally, I implemented a redesign of the venture studio to enable the broader Black community to become investors in their own startup ecosystem.
