As a lead applications scientist, I am primarily responsible for leading claims substantiation and validation testing of Croda\'s performance active ingredients in hair care applications.Within this responsibility, I have significant experience in providing and communicating robust claims data to stakeholders across global marketing, sales and R&D to ensure successfully launch of innovative and sustainable high performance hair care ingredients in the marketplace. My responsibility in this role also extends to working directly with business development specialists in providing guidance to claims testing strategies as well as complete performance testing of products for our customers.
