I am a versatile executive leader who functioned as the CFO, COO, and Chief of Staff for a multinational company I owned and operated for over 20 years. My expertise includes spearheading annual company-wide strategic initiatives to achieve corporate objectives, developing and tracking multi-currency budgets, managing financial analysis and reporting, and building out systems and processes for a company experiencing sustained growth. As the business evolved and expanded, I developed and refined processes, built out organizational structures, implemented technology platforms, and created systems to ensure productivity and profitability. My strategic direction also helped position the company as an official John Deere dealer and distributor, expanding our footprint into the French West Indies and Africa before leading contract negotiations to sell the business in 2023.
