As a technology strategist and data privacy consultant with over 30 years of experience, I specialize in guiding nonprofit organizations through technological and organizational transformations. My journey began in the mid-90s, witnessing the digital revolution firsthand and igniting my passion for helping nonprofits navigate complex technological landscapes.I\'ve honed my expertise in data systems, business analysis, and change management, with a focus on building high-performing teams. Certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Professional (ACP), and Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US), I bring a comprehensive skill set to address the challenges that today\'s nonprofits face.My current focus is on helping nonprofit organizations develop and implement effective technology strategies, with particular emphasis on data governance, cybersecurity, and ethical AI adoption. Additionally, as a member of the Westchester County Cybersecurity Task Force, I collaborate with community members and municipalities to strengthen local cybersecurity practices.My mission is to align technology with strategic goals, creating resilient, forward-thinking nonprofit organizations ready to tackle today\'s and tomorrow\'s challenges.
