ABOUT KIMBERLY SHEPHARD

For over 20 years I have been an HR leader in companies ranging from start-ups to large global enterprises primarily in the technology, manufacturing, and CPG sectors. I have extensive experience with team building, coaching and counseling, and delivering impactful results. I fully subscribe to the importance of caring for employees and I’m passionate about creating an amazing culture with strong employee experiences. My strengths lie in the ability to tie our culture and employee experiences to the business goals and objectives by having strong processes and procedures in place and through building high performing teams whereby employees feel connected and have the opportunity to learn, grow, and have a voice. I have a strong reputation for developing talent strategies to hire, inspire and retain the best teams.I\'m a true believer in being a lifelong learner. I have a Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in executive coaching – and this is my true passion.I am fortunate to have worked alongside achievers and visionaries, and I have championed change and progress through both stable and tumultuous times.
