Kim has 20 years of business and executive experience in one of the world\'s most successful companies. During her accomplished tenure at Wal-Mart Stores, Inc, she served as Vice President of Energy, Vice President of Compliance and held leadership roles in real estate, construction and asset management. Her vast retail experience includes establishing and managing internal and external partner relations, the development of new businesses, strategic planning and process implementation, p&l responsibility in excess of $1B, and organizational alignment. Core strengths include developing high performing individuals and teams, and identifying and integrating key metrics that link effective strategy and leadership to bottom line results.
