About Kim Sarver
When asked why I choose my profession in Project management, I think about how much I enjoy planning projects whether big or small. I enjoy collaborating with others on a common goal, seeing the team win and exceeds their projections. I understand the frustration of being a part of a disorganized project and not having clear directions. I help business leaders and organizations remove stress of not knowing the status of their projects, eliminate wasted time, and project overruns. I meet with the team in advance to make sure everyone is unified and understand the project goals. I also help to streamline workflow that maximize resources. I have a passion to work with organizations to promote Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) to students in my community. Having a background in engineering, I use my experience to engage more students and bridge the gap of minorities in the field of STEM.
