We help creators, brands, and publishers make smarter, long-term decisions that create real value, from developing sustainable business models, to avoiding bad brand deals, and building community with intention.As a co-founder and COO, I\'ve built the company from the ground up. I’m responsible for everything that makes the business run, including forming the company, managing finance, legal, compliance, HR, PR, and building the operational foundation we scale from today. My work lives behind the scenes, but it impacts every part of how we grow.I also serve on the board for Evo, the world’s largest fighting game tournament, which RTS owns and operates in partnership with Sony.What I’m most proud of is how we continue to grow, with the ambition, care, and a commitment to doing things the right way.
