I am a Certified Life Coach (CLC), Certified Workplace Mindfulness Facilitator (CWMF), Certified Grief Educator, with an MA in Organizational Communication.Who I work with: Individuals and organizations. My organizational clients hire me for Coach on Call (a coaching form of employee assistance) and webinars, workshops and training in the wellness space for their staff. My individual clients are are busy, talented, accomplished individuals who want to ensure that they are growing. I work with clients on well-being, alignment, purpose, productivity, empowerment and success. My clients live more, love more, earn more and provide more to others when they grow, evolve and awaken. They also learn that caring for themselves is an important part of the plan.How I work with clients: I work with clients one on one in coaching packages in person or via video conference or phone. Through facilitation, guidance, resources, and perspective, my clients pave their own inspired path toward goals and aspirations. For organizations and associations, I provide training for their employees and executives on stress reduction, mindfulness, resilience, self-compassion, emotional intelligence, and authentic success.
