Our Pre-Listing cleaning changes the entire image and feel of the home and can lead to increasing the speed of the sale, the number of offers, and the final sale price. Here is what we do to make a home feel “loved and cared for”:1. We are thorough cleaning vents/returns, fans, doors and their frames, window frames and windows (if requested), blinds, walls, baseboards, glass, light fixtures, switch plate covers, cobwebs, outside appliances, …etc. Nothing goes unnoticed. Techniques are specialized for each home to be certain the perception is a brilliantly clean, well-kept, and loved home.3. We check every corner and crevice to make sure that the home is pristine for its debut on the market.4. Our cleaning goal is for buyers to feel that the home is nothing short of immaculate.5. What could otherwise be concerns for the home inspection, a potential buyer leaves the property visit without even thinking about it or not anticipating negative results.
