I am an Employment Partner in Scotland at law firm Shoosmiths.I deliver clients’ objectives within an employment law framework. I specialise in TUPE transfers, occupational health law, equal pay, restructuring and reorganisations and representation in employment tribunal cases.My clients range from public and private sector groups, senior management, private equity, regulatory bodies and individuals. I regularly provide specialist employment law training at all levels of management within organisations and am a regular speaker at seminars and conferences.
