About Kimberly Napoline

As an incoming associate of Envista\'s General Management Development Rotational Program, my most recent role was Materials & Distribution Manager. In this role, I lead teams to improve and deliver on critical KPIs in Safety, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity. I entered my most recent experience as part of Envista’s General Management Development Program (GMDP), a C-suite-sponsored dynamic program with accelerated learning opportunities, global and commercial exposure, and personalized formal and on the job leadership development. I graduated with a dual-master\'s MBA from the Carlson School of Management and a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs. In both of these programs, I focused on developing data analysis skills, general management, and supply chain knowledge. I interned with Carlisle Companies, a manufacturing conglomerate and as a research assistant for supply chain and transportation at the Transportation Policy and Economic Competitiveness.I am motivated by making the world a better place by connecting people to innovative and high-quality products.
