Central Product Management (CPM) team 10/2019 to present - Partnered with all Soft Launching titles to share best practices, review roadmap and KPIs, review tools and live ops support, and in general provide tools, discussions, and references to get game to successful WWL * In particular, embedded with the FarmVille 3 team through the final 9 months of SL to investigate game performance and areas of opportunity, leading to a roadmap to tighten up the core loop for better early and mid game retention. Additionally built features with a strike pod focused on liveops and monetization, including better experimentation methods/tools along with a Battle Pass which has significant revenue impact every season- Running programs to promote sharing of learnings and strengthen the PM community including the mentorship program, newsletter, rotational new undergrad PM program (RPM), PM Bootcamp, PM Offsite (virtual or in person dependent on year), and Coffee Roulette - Supporting multiple live game titles with minimum monthly check ins, to review roadmaps and current game status and provide best practices/game team support, but also challenging game teams to optimize strategy and features - Larger strategy focus for company wide objectives regarding games portfolio trends and needs, compliance requirements, best practices sharing, competitor analysis and trends, and developing talent
