I partner with organizations to help design, develop, and transition their workforce with clarity, empathy, and measurable results.As a Partner at Careerminds, I serve as a trusted advisor to HR leaders and executive teams facing complex workforce challenges. I work closely with CHROs and HR leaders across industries who are navigating workforce transformation, leadership development, and organizational change. Many of the HR leaders I work with have partnered with me across multiple roles and organizations as their workforce challenges evolve.With more than two decades of experience working with global organizations, I help leaders address workforce challenges through integrated solutions that include workforce design and intelligence, talent and leadership development, executive coaching, and career transition including outplacement and executive outplacement.My work focuses on helping organizations align talent strategy with business outcomes.
