I am a social justice advocate with 15 years of expertise in training and facilitation, curriculum development, coaching, business development and fundraising, project management, program management, communications, and forging cross-cultural partnerships in the nonprofit, entrepreneurship incubation, and government sectors. I am known for my positivity, persistence, accuracy, drive to improve processes, sense of initiative, and ability to keep calm under pressure. I am passionate about accompanying vulnerable and marginalized communities (including people in low and middle-income countries) as they reach their dreams through access to coaching, training, leadership development, and mentorship. I had the great pleasure of living and working in Uganda and Namibia. My sectoral experience and interests range from global health, education, peace and conflict resolution, diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) and environmental sustainability to empowerment of women, youth, people with disabilities, and LGBTQIA+ folks.
