I started recruiting in 1993 and still genuinely love what I do. Nearly my entire career has been spent building relationships in the technology space. Our clients span financial services, insurance, retail, SaaS, professional services, banking, agriculture, and more.I specialize in aligning company culture with some of the best IT talent in the market. Most of the organizations I partner with are mid-sized—though “mid-sized” can mean different things, especially when some are subsidiaries of Fortune 500 or Global companies. I have a strong track record of filling roles where others have struggled, thanks to years of nurturing my IT network.Tech runs in the family, too! I encouraged my kids to pursue careers in this field, and now all three of them—and one significant other—are in software development. Between them, they hold degrees in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, and MIS from Iowa State University. Go Cyclones!
