What began as a family business has grown into a thriving, community-rooted company built on integrity, exceptional service, and eco-conscious values. I’m deeply proud of what we’ve built together — especially the team culture, systems, and leadership foundation developed from the ground up.Alongside running the business, I bring over 20 years of leadership and executive experience into selective coaching, mentoring, and teaching roles. My background spans business strategy, operations, conflict resolution, team development, and organizational growth. I’ve taught leadership in both professional and volunteer environments, helping individuals step into clarity, confidence, and effective leadership.My leadership experience extends beyond business into long-standing volunteer and nonprofit roles, including leadership development and teaching through Love INC, as well as ongoing leadership and volunteer coordination within the church. These roles have strengthened my ability to lead volunteers, build trust-based cultures, and guide people through growth and change with empathy and structure.I also serve on the Board of Directors for FIDO’s Companion Rescue Inc, supporting animal rescue and advocacy efforts that align closely with my values and commitment to community impact.I’m an active member of both North Coast Business Initiative and BNI, where I enjoy connecting with other business owners, sharing ideas, and supporting referral-driven, relationship-based growth.Whether I’m growing a business, mentoring leaders, or serving my community, my goal is always the same: lead with purpose, build with heart, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
