Prior to receiving her Doctorate Degree, Dr. Kimpel served in many capacities twice as the Wedding Director of Crystal Cathedral Ministries in Garden Grove California where she personally supervised the marriages of over Four-Hundred Couples. In the year she was given the position of Executive Assistant to the Ministries Creative Director, Mr. Jim Coleman. And finally from 2003 to 2006, Kim had the pleasure of handling travel planning and logistics for the Founder and Pastor of Crystal Cathedral Ministries, Dr. Robert H. Schuller. During her tenure with Dr. Schuller Kim was in charge of purchasing, logistics, shipping, travel, office management and damage control; you name it, and she\'s done it successfully. She returned to the Crystal Cathedral after leaving to start and run her own business fulfilling a lifelong dream. She has also been very effective with business development activities such as fund raising and cultivating solid vendor relationships with many different companies on behalf of her former employers. Corporations such as Hyatt, Allstate/North Brook Insurance and Hilton Hotels have all utilized Kim\'s poise, energy and multi-tasking skills.
