ABOUT KIM BILTOFT

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working in multiple industries and have quickly learned new businesses and adapted to new environments, making an immediate and lasting impact. As a leader, business partner and colleague, I’m firmly focused on achieving shared team goals and business objectives and maintaining a consistent, reliable presence for my various client groups.The HR Business Partner role is my wheelhouse. I have deep expertise in recruiting, managing complex employee relations situation, cultivating company culture, creating learning and development opportunities, promoting and administering benefits offerings, facilitating compensation review and performance management processes, and driving company policies that create an environment of equity and inclusion and allow for team collaboration, flexibility, and employee satisfaction.In addition to working in a traditional HR role through my career, I spent 7 years on the business side, serving as Business Development Director in North America for IE Business School - a private, top-tier, international higher education institution in Madrid, Spain. I led efforts to increase IE\'s brand awareness in the U.S. and Canadian markets and recruit students for all undergraduate, masters and continuing education programs offered by IE. My team and I delivered significant advancements in student enrollment rates to grow revenue, contribute to the school’s goal of sustaining an extraordinarily globally diverse student body, and create a collaborative alumni network across the US and Canada. With my cross-functional experience and exposure to multiple industries and companies of all shapes and sizes, I’m completely attuned to what it takes to build a strong culture. My most recent role with Synpulse, coupled with my earlier corporate HR, business development and marketing experience, enable me to bring a broad perspective to the business and a strong customer focus to everything I pursue.
