About Kim Jackson
I am an enthusiastic leadership development and career coach with a passion for helping people grow and find a rewarding career. I started my career journey in sales, eventually going back to graduate school, and becoming a career counselor in higher education. After working in student services at three University of Wisconsin schools, I made a career change and became an Organizational Development Consultant at Gundersen Health System. At Gundersen, I also worked in Recruitment, helped to launch a Career Development Center, and worked as a Scrum Master with our strategic work teams. In June of 2025, I started a new adventure as a Leadership Development Strategist at Organic Valley.
