Ensures waterfall distributions are in accordance with operating agreements. • Optimizes revenue by working closely with leasing and property management departments to review lease occupancy. • Accelerates multi-million dollar tax savings by taking advantage of the tangible capitalization regulations by reviewing capital improvements versus repair and maintenance classifications. • Conserves multi-generational wealth through estate planning and strategic property succession. Coordinates with estate attorneys, tax accountants, and appraisers to structure property transfers, insurance trusts, and promissory notes.
